Information notice for the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679

1 PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce, “Personal Data” shall mean all information relating to identified or identifiable natural persons that the User voluntarily provides to the Exhibition of Models Built with LEGO® Bricks, and which will be processed under the responsibility of Exhibition of Models Built with LEGO® Bricks.

Exhibition of Models Built with LEGO® Bricks will provide the User with the necessary information so that, in advance, they may give their consent for Exhibition of Models Built with LEGO® Bricks to process their personal data.

Exhibition of Models Built with LEGO® Bricks, committed to the security and confidentiality of information, has adopted the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access to personal data.

2 MINORS

Unless otherwise indicated in the data collection forms, Exhibition of Models Built with LEGO® Bricks does not process Personal Data of minors. The information collected on minors is very limited and does not allow their identification, having as its sole purpose the development of the proposed Services.

3 THIRD-PARTY DATA

Generally, to use Exhibition of Models Built with LEGO® Bricks it is not necessary to provide Personal Data of third parties. However, in exceptional cases, if a data collection form allows it, the User may provide such data only after informing and obtaining the consent of the third party in question.

4 USER RIGHTS

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Exhibition of Models Built with LEGO® Bricks is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, rectify them if inaccurate or request their erasure when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
